Team
Tom Flanagan
Managing Partner
Tom Flanagan is managing partner of FB Tax Management ("FBTM"). His entire career has been in the real estate service sector. He started at National Tax Search ("NTS"), eventually moving to GNP Realty Partners in 2011. He is an attorney / Partner at Flanagan Bilton ("FB"), the largest national tax appeal law firm in the nation and has over 15 years of experience in the real estate and tax sector. Tom oversees the strategic direction of FBTM and advises on high-level engagements. He employs his experience from NTS and as a Partner of FB to assure FBTM is providing best-in-class service to their clients. Tom attended Culver Military Academy for high school and received his BBA and J.D. degree from University of Miami.
John Flanagan
Partner
John serves as a partner for FBTM and joined the firm in 2017. His focus is to continue to grow the technology of FBTM while keeping customer service at the forefront of the organization. John enjoys spending time with his family and three kids, playing golf.
Robert Holzman
Managing Director
Robert joined FBTM in 2024 and has 20 years of experience in the industry. His experience in operations is a perfect fit to ensure FBTM delivers a world-class service to our clients. He serves as Managing Director responsible for the technology and compliance for the organization. Robert holds a Master’s in Business Administration. Robert enjoys spending time with his family and two kids, traveling, and playing golf.
John Li
Client Services Manager
John is part of the original team of FBTM since its inception. He has held various roles throughout his time and currently serves as Client Services Manager overseeing daily operations to support the teams and clients. He is primarily responsible for ensuring the clients’ questions related to taxes are addressed thoroughly.
Diane Bryant
Escrow Manager
Diane has been part of the original team of FBTM since its inception. She serves as Escrow Manager overseeing various processes within the organization. Her commitment to the team and the clients helps ensure all processes and procedures run smoothly.
