Team
Tom Flanagan
Managing Partner
Tom Flanagan is managing partner of FB Tax Management ("FBTM"). His entire career has been in the real estate service sector. He started at National Tax Search ("NTS"), eventually moving to GNP Realty Partners in 2011. He is an attorney / Partner at Flanagan Bilton ("FB"), the largest national tax appeal law firm in the nation and has over 15 years of experience in the real estate and tax sector. Tom oversees the strategic direction of FBTM and advises on high-level engagements. He employs his experience from NTS and as a Partner of FB to assure FBTM is providing best-in-class service to their clients. Tom attended Culver Military Academy for high school and received his BBA and J.D. degree from University of Miami.
John Flanagan
Partner
John has over 15 years of experience in the real estate tax sector. He began his career at Flanagan Bilton in 2014. Before joining Flanagan Bilton, John worked at National Tax Search (NTS) and the New York Yankees. John is a member of the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) and the Appraisal Institute (AI). He attended Culver Military Academy for high school, received his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Miami, and earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the Chicago-Kent College of Law. John is licensed to practice law in Illinois, New York, New Jersey, and Nebraska. Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his family and golfing at Medinah, Hogs Head, and Hudson National Golf Club.
Jamie Mocarski
President
Jamie is the founding leader who has guided the company from its earliest days, shaping both its strategic direction and digital presence. She helped design and develop the website's look and feel, creating a cohesive brand experience from the ground up, while also serving as the driving force behind the company's security infrastructure to protect both the platform and its users. Jamie has been involved in Property Tax Compliance for over 20 years.
Robert Holzman
Managing Director
Robert joined FBTM in 2024 and has 20 years of experience in the industry. His experience in operations is a perfect fit to ensure FBTM delivers a world-class service to our clients. He serves as Managing Director responsible for the technology and compliance for the organization. Robert holds a Master’s in Business Administration. Robert enjoys spending time with his family and two kids, traveling, and playing golf.
John Li
Client Services Manager
John has been with FBTM since August 2014, joining as part of the original team. He has held various roles throughout his time here and currently serves as Client Services Manager, overseeing daily operations to support the teams and clients. He is primarily responsible for ensuring the clients' questions related to taxes are addressed thoroughly.
Diane Bryant
Escrow Manager
A founding team member with over a decade at FBTM, Diane serves as Escrow Manager, overseeing various processes within the organization. Her commitment to the team and the clients helps ensure all processes and procedures run smoothly.
